Narayanan (Nash) Seshan is a technology leader, ex-YCombinator startup founder, mentor, musician, photographer, traveler, and coffee, beer & whiskey enthusiast. With over 10 years of relevant experience, Nash is currently serving as the Senior Engineering Manager at Lightning AI. Prior to this, Nash worked as the Engineering Manager at Ethena, a compliance training platform trusted by top tech companies including Netflix, Zendesk, Figma, Zoom, and others. He was responsible for managing the engineering team and ensuring the smooth functioning of the platform. Nash has also worked as a Mentor at UD LEAP, where he provided guidance and support to students. Nash holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from K J Somaiya College of Engineering. He has also completed the AWS Healthcare and Life Sciences CTO Fellowship program. Nash's technical expertise lies in Senior Software Engineering and AI. He is passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems and has a keen interest in emerging technologies. Apart from his professional life, Nash is a talented musician and photographer.
